Digital Products — No Refunds

All products sold on this Site are digital ebooks delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the download links have been delivered to your email.

Delivery Issues

If you did not receive your download email after purchase, please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us and we will resend your download links at no extra charge.

Damaged or Corrupt Files

If your downloaded PDF file is corrupted or unreadable, contact us and we will provide a replacement link immediately.

Exceptions

In rare circumstances, we may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis if you contact us within 7 days of purchase and have not downloaded the ebook. This is at our sole discretion.
